Send us a message from our contact form and we’ll get back to you, usually within one business day. It helps if you tell us the email on your account, your device (iPhone or Android), and what you were trying to do.

Common questions

How do I sign in? I don’t have a password.

Homelog is passwordless. Enter your email and we’ll send a 6-digit code. Enter the code and you’re in. Use the same email on the web and in the app so everything stays connected.

How does the free trial and billing work?

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and we don’t charge you on day one. You can cancel any time before the trial ends and you won’t be billed. If you subscribed in the app, manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions; if you subscribed on the web, use the link in your confirmation email or get in touch.

How do I invite or remove someone?

In the app, invite the people who help and choose exactly what each one can see, by role. You can change those permissions any time, and remove someone’s access in one tap.

Is my family’s information private?

Yes. We store as little as possible, encrypt it, and never sell it. You can delete any record, or everything, whenever you like. The detail is in our privacy policy.

I want to delete my account or data.

You can delete your data from within the app at any time. If you’d like us to do it for you, or to confirm it’s done, see account & data deletion.
